About ‘France Priphrique’ by La Sorga:

Chardonnay from vines on calcareous marl in Limoux, 16 days of maceration, aged on lees for 7 months in tank. This wine is surprising for its balance and complexity, combined with a lightness and freshness that is truly mind blowing. On the nose it’s aromatic, pineapple, saffron, calcareous notes… on the palate it is taut, straight, slightly tannic, and you can find all the exotic fruit contrasting with an incredible drinkability and a very light alcohol content. Splendid!
