Espiritu de Chile wines are crafted for the adventurer. For those seeking to find some of the best wines the Curic Valley of Chile has to offer. Located 115 miles south of the capital city, Santiago, the Curic Valley features the greatest variety of grapes in the country. The soil of the Curic Valley is some of the most fertile, with deposits of limestone and volcanic rock from the Andes Mountains and is irrigated by snow melt of the Lontue and Teno Rivers.

The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation temperature was kept between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius to foster the development of fermentation aromas. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with its lees (leftover yeast particles from fermentation that aid in the development of texture in white wines) for two months.
