Pale pink to salmon in colour, this wine displays a subtle nose of raspberries and strawberries. The palate shows red berries with a fine texture and a crisp, dry finish.

Single Vineyards – McLaren Vale, loam over limestone. Hand pruned, night time harvested and sorted. Four hours skin contact, pressed direct. Cold settled, 18 days cool tank ferment. Three months lees contact, early bottled.
