A warm, soft and Pear liqueur from Maison Briottet of Dijon.

The lowdown:
This delicious pear liqueur is made by macerating William pears and neutral alcohol with some crystallised sugar being added the finish. The result is a liqueur with a hearty pear flavour at the core, that’s also warm and velvety on the tongue. Good to drink neat on the rocks, or try a shot of this together with a teaspoon of sugar added to a glass of fizz.
