The 2022 Trimble Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a great depth of color that goes from deep ruby to garnet. The fruit profile is wild in nature but really focused and polished. It is an exuberant example of Cabernet Sauvignon that can only be explained by the specific terroir of this vineyard. Spicy notes of black peppercorn, and damp earth, are mixed in with an abundance of wild blackberries and juicy black plums. On the palate is it as exciting as the aromas suggested it would be, also showing a great balance of acidy, fruit, and ripe soft tannins.

Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with grilled ribeye steak or mushroom risotto for a perfect match. Alternatively, enjoy it with a charcuterie board featuring aged cheeses and cured meats.
