This unique wine comes from a beautiful property situated beneath a massive limestone outcropping called Cap Canaille, and it is just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyards are cooled by a trio of winds–the Tramontane, Mistral and Gregal–plus sea breezes, and the wine is clearly reflective of all of these contributing factors.
