Background

Dolcita (HBC 1019 c.v.) was bred in 2016 by Hop Breeding Company (a partnership of John I. Haas & Yakima Chief Ranches). Its notable for being fasttracked from seedling to commercial release, skipping the Single Hill phase, because its flavor stood out early. Agronomically, it offers high yield, an early harvest window, good storage stability, and solid disease/pest performance.
