Distillers Grains – lb

This base malt is “the” malt for distillation. It has a smoother, less grainy flavor, and a slightly lower protein level than 6-Row Brewers Malt. This malt may be used for up to 100% of mash grains. Distiller’s Malt has exceptionally high alpha amylase and diastatic power for maximum fermentable yield. 2.4 Lovibond.
