The Solitude Ros is a Ctes du Rhne blend of Grenache and Syrah, chosen from the coolest terroirs for increased freshness. The grapes are picked at night, destemmed, and pressed straight after the harvest, before being aged on fine lees. The result is a floral nose of rose petals and wild strawberries, following through on the palate with added pink grapefruit. This wine is vivacious and round with excellent length on the finish.
