Crafted from a single parcel of Gamay in Niagaras Four Mile Creek, this wine comes from vines planted in 1987 at the renowned Willms Vineyardsome of the oldest grape vines in the province. Naturally fermented, with a four-week skin maceration, it was aged barrel for 12 months and then settled in bottle for 2.5 years. Brimming with energy, this wine is best enjoyed in one sitting. Unfined, unfiltered, with zero additives.
