Citra LupuLN2 Cryo Hops (Pellet) 1 oz
Citra HBC 394 features higher alpha acids and total oil contents with a
low percentage of co-humulone. Citra has a parentage of Hallertau
Mittelfrh, US Tettnang, Brewer’s Gold, East Kent Golding, and an
unnamed varietal.

Aroma: grapefruit, melon, lome, gooseberry, passionfruit and lychee
Alpha: 23 – 27%Oil: 3.5 – 5.5%
CRYO HOPS are a great choice for the hop-forward brewer. This new pellet is created using advanced cryogenic process to separate the lupulin and bract from whole leaf hops, leaving you with a concentrated lupulin gland hop pellet. These pellets contain twice the amount of resin, allowing you to do more with less physical matter being added to your wort. It is not recommended to use Cryo Hops for bittering due to the boil diminishing the intense aroma notes.
