Portugal has so much more to offer in the wine world than just Port. Castelo de Terena Ros is a beautifully bright and clear blend of Aragonez and Castelao grapes. Aragonez, native to Spain, is a classic Tempranillo grape in Portugal and lends its beautiful dark color to pink of this wine. Castelao, on the other hand, is a red grape almost exclusively grown in Portugal. The nose on Castelo de Terena Ros is subtle a inviting with notes of cherries as well as nuances of lychees and other tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is wonderfully fresh with a pleasant finish. We recommend drinking very chilled and enjoying on a warm Summer day.
