The perfect summer red, which we highly recommend being served slightly chilled. Our Grenache is classical in style with expressive fruit, velvety tannins and lovely freshness. The wine is aged in porcelain jars, as well as large 500-litre old French oak barrels, to preserve more of the fruits and fresher aspects of the wine. Grenache Noir has proven itself incredibly drought resistant, thus very waterwise, to ensure that it both suits the South African lifestyle as well as our growing conditions.

TASTING NOTE
The wine shows inviting aromatics of orange rind, earthy red cherry
and exotic fruits, with hints of clove spice. The palate is layered with
red cherries, tomato reduction, earthy notes and savoury flavours
along with velvety dry tannins and a lovely freshness to carry the
fruit.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Pairs well with lean red meats such as venison as well as a variety of
earthy components.
