Tasting Notes

The Saxenburg Private Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2022 has an incredibly inviting and complex nose, showing white-fleshed nectarines, freshly cut passion fruit, ripe pear, and kiwi. The fruit follows through beautifully to the palate, with a hint of orange pith adding interest at the back of the palate. The wine is wonderfully weighted and textured, but Saxenburgs typical minerality ensures balance and freshness.

This wine goes well with salads, lighter summer dishes, and seafood, or enjoy on its own on a nice summer day.
