The 2019 Shiraz shows ripe black fruit and savoury flavours on the nose, supported by a hint of spice and careful use of oak. The intense black fruit flavour follows on the palate, supported by a fresh acidity and fine tannins.

A meaty curry bean casserole, pepper steak, springbok, chilli biltong or mature cheddar cheese.
