Tasting Notes

The Chardonnay shows lemon and lime and stone fruit on the nose, while 10 months in small oak add toasted almond and creamy flavours to the wine. The palate shows great intensity. The citrus and wood flavours linger on the palate and the fresh acidity leaves a clean finish.

Food Pairing

Braaied crayfish with roasted garlic and parsley butter or Roast Chicken with Tangerines.
