Cantina di Solopaca Rosso is a Red wine blend from one of Italys most successful IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) wine regions, Benevento (near the ankle of Italys boot). On first pour, this wine is a gorgeous ruby red color with an intense nose of perfectly ripe red fruits. The mouthfeel is on the drier side, with a full body that is smooth and balanced. We recommend pairing with pasta dishes, cured meats and cheeses. Serve at approximately 62 degrees Fahrenheit for the best experience.
