On the deeper and darker end of the spectrum, this vintage of our Cabernet Merlot shows notes of ripe black cherry, raspberry jam, sweet tobacco, dried tea leaf and grilled bell pepper. This deep ruby wine has an opulent, rich texture and mouthfeel with a subtle tannic backbone that makes this wine ultimately food friendly but drinkable on its own as well.
