Ca di Prata Brut comes from the historic village of Prata di Pordenone, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the heart of the Prosecco territory. It is made in the traditional Martinotti method and displays aromas of peach pit, pear, citrus and delicate floral overtones.
Its straw-yellow color has fine streams of bubbles with aromas of citrus and green apple. The palate has a fine mouthfeel displaying tart, fresh, crisp tree fruit and a dry finish. This wine is the perfect Italian aperitif. We recommended pairing with fish or shellfish dishes, ripe cheeses and classic Italian salumi.
