Produced from our certified organic Summerland Bench vineyard, this vintage is a blend of 87% Riesling and 13% Pinot Blanc, Charmat Method, whole cluster pressed and aged on lees. Floral notes of white flower and the racy acidity typical of Riesling, delivering a long finish with nutty and yeasty notes from the extended lees contact. Lively and bright, with grapefruit, lime pith and peel, green apple streaking across a zippy palate, finishing with more fresh citrus and riesling’s hallmark acidity. A fun, well-made fizz for enjoying this summer.
