This fantastic summer wine blends Pinot Nero from 4-year-old vines with rare 30-year-old Corbinelloan ancient local varietyboth cultivated on clay soils in the Euganean Hills. The winemaking approach is truly artisanal: Corbinello and Pinot Nero are destemmed and directly pressed, fermented for two months in oak tonneaux, then aged five months in stainless steel.

The result is an intriguing wine that defies categorizationtechnically a ros but with the depth and complexity of an orange wine. Vibrant notes of cherry, wild strawberry, and cranberry create a spectacular fruit bomb balanced by bright, refreshing acidity.
