The other great terroir of Chaintr (with Le Clos Reyssi) is unquestionably theclimat les Chevrieres. We are lucky to be able to offer you this new cuve located on a very old plot (60-70 year-old vines), facing west, on a soil particularly rich in iron oxide, stony but very clay too. The grapes produced are very small, some even affected with millerandage! This is a fantastic wine to age for 5-10 years.
