American sommelier turned South Australian winemaker Brad Hickey quickly gained the attention of some of the brightest palates in the wine industry with his avant-garde wines from the McLaren Vale. Like his personality, his wines are quick witted, bright and bold, reminding us of the fun side of wine consumption.

In one of Brads more unusual blends, he takes the lean, green loveliness from Semillon and blends it with the limey, floral aspects of Riesling to create a seamless cohesion that begs the question – why dont we see these varieties together more often?!
