A master in Yarra Valley winemaking, David Bicknell has formed the ultimate partnership with his wife Nicole Harris. Known as head winemaker for Oakridge Wines, together they know a thing or two about the best sites and quality grape growing in the region let alone how to masterfully transform these into premium wines. Their purpose is to create meticulous and pure expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The Applecross Chardonnay comes from fruit grown on a single vineyard in the upper reached of the Yarra Valley. It is a tightly pursed expression that still overflows with generous flavour and drive.
