A lively Pt Nat, that started its life in cuve. Direct pressing and bottling at around 15g of sugar. Disgorged by hand in December 2024. A striking hue of gold, it is a powerful aperitif for the hot months with its clean, salty finish and subtle citrus and herb aromas.
