The Bastide de Beaufort vineyards are located in the medieval village Saint-Victor la Coste in the historic birthplace of the southern Cote du Rhone region. A 70% Syrah/30% Grenache blend, this wine is smooth and has a medium body with forward notes of blackberries, black cherries and spice(black pepper, cinnamon and licorice). The finish is round and luxurious. We recommend pairing with grilled or braised chicken, pork or veal or less spicy Asian dishes.
