THE FRESH PRINCE

Sholto Broderick is a fresh-faced gentleman who we love and wines we adore. Based in the community minded sub-region of the Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills, Sholto is working on his family vineyard that was planted by his father in the 80s. His style is pure and precise with a loose drinkability that shows his incredible talents as a young vigneron.

Hills is a Chardonnay sourced from steep slopes at 450m elevation giving the wine a tight freshness and gorgeous crunch. This cool-climate expression has both drive and length while still filling the palate in true Chardonnay form.
