Estate hand harvested, crushed, and destined before gentle pressing. Primary fermentation in stainless steel, with secondary in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Low acidity and 3.0g/L residual sugar. On the nose youll find spicy ginger and perfumy florals, while clover and honeysuckle notes dance on the palate. The perfect wine for sharp cheddar mac and cheese, porcini risotto, and white lasagnas.
