This fruity aromatic white wine was fermented in both stainless tanks and neutral French oak barrels and matured on light lees to build in aromatic complexity and body. The nose offers up peach, melon, citrus and tropical fruit aromas, with delicate floral notes and hints of honey and nutmeg. The palate is medium bodied and spicy with loads of fruit flavour and long dry finish.
