Description/Winemakers Notes:This wine was fermented in a typical white wine fashion, however was left to age on the lees (or spent yeast hulls) for 9 months post-fermentation. This helps gain complexity and texture on the palate, and encourages a soft copper hue, reminiscent of Eastern European styles.
