With a name like Bacchus, the Greek god of wine, Jason Bacchus was almost obliged to forge a career in winemaking. The familys wines are single vineyard expressions from Margaret River that elevate classic varieties into unique wines with a sense of place.

The red blend was made in tiny quantities – a total of 978 produced. A melange of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are sourced from the Cowaramup area of Margaret River and create a deep, inky and complex wine. Dark fruits balance bitter chocolate tannins and a silky texture that has the ultimate appeal. Jason has a gentle approach to winemaking that competes with the best that Margs has to offer.
