The Ayala Champagne house is story that started 160 years ago in the village of Ay, the heart of Montagne de Reims, that was later taken over by Bollinger in 2005. Le Blanc de Blancs is a heartfelt ode to Chardonnay, made exclusively in the most expressive vintages, to give reverence to the elegance of the Cotes de Blancs. A blend of estate fruit that is enhanced by a selection of fruit from Grand and Premier Cru sites, disgorged after 6 years on lees, to create a stunning vintage Champagne.
