About ‘Arces Macr’ by L’Octavin:

Produced only on rare occasions, this vintage is made with Chardonnay grapes from old vines owned by the Domaine in En Arces, Arbois. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for a full 3 months in steel tanks, then pressed and left to age for a year in vats. A unique and exceptional orange wine that perfectly combines the terroir and Alice’s vision.
