Andeira is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from berry red grapes which gives it this delightful color. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2-4 weeks. Barbera-fruity in the nose, very fresh with an excellent acidity on the tongue. Soft and beautiful to drink.
