Anchor Steam Recipe Kit
Based on recipe found in Tess and Mark Szamatulski’s Clone Brews Anchor Steam Clone Dry and Crisp with a slight bitterness from the hops. The grains also give some toasty and caramel notes. Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
Yield : 5 Gallons Original Gravity : 1.053 Final Gravity : 1.016 Color / SRM : Copper Alcohol by Volume : 4.80% IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 40
