A LITRE OF TUSCAN JOY

Ampeleia was born out of a conscious collective – if the name Elisabetta Foradori rings a bell (and if it doesnt this makes for a great opportunity to seek out her wines) this is her side project along with Giovanni Podini and Marco Tait who wanted to create a deep connection to the land in the greatly desired region of Tuscany. This wine is made to drink with friends coming in a generous 1LT bottle! It is blend of Alicante (Grenache), Carignano and Alicante Bouche. The wine sees just six months in steel tank resulting in a bright, incredibly juicy wine but with surprisingly savoury character. Fill up that glass again!
