These oak Infusion Spirals are made from high quality American white oak. The spiral shape achieves maximum accelerated extraction times. In wine the oak flavor is fully extracted in 6 weeks.

Usage: 1 stick per 3 gallons of wine. The spirals also can be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired oak intensity.

A note on the toast levels from lightest to darkest: Light, Medium, Medium Plus, Heavy.
