Amber DME can be used for many styles of extract beers: pale ales, red ales, Bocks, Oktoberfests, Scottish ales, as well as stouts and porters. Also, it can be used to adjust the color, flavor, and gravity of all grain beers. Sold by the pound in packages of 1 or 3 pounds.
