In beers, the blend of yeast and protein is what makes it hazy with Allagash White being no different. To enjoy the haze, it is recommended that you rouse your yeast prior to consumption. Rouse by pouring all but the last inch of beer into a glass slowly. Then, swirl the bottle and last bit of beer that contains the leftover yeast and proteins. Lastly, just pour that last little bit into your glass and say cheers!
