Sachiroze is a wine made from Yamasachi, an indigenous Japanese grape registered as an international variety with OIV, is a cold-resistant cross between Kiyomi (derived from Seibel 13053) and Yamabudou, Japan’s native mountain grape.

This unique variety produces wines with rich aroma, vibrant flavor, and remarkable resilience, thriving even in regions with temps below -30 celcius.
