This ale is designed to highlight all the great flavor and quaff-ability of traditional Mexican lagers in the fermenting time of an ale. Big additions of flaked maize add to the south of the border flavors and the Motueka hops add subtle, pleasant notes of lime and lemon. A great brew for any Cinco de Mayo celebration!
Specialty malts: Crystal 10, Flaked Maize, German Pilsen Malt, 6 Row Malt, Vienna Malt
