Taking some pointers from our whiskey porter, this stout is beyond extreme. We don’t want to ruin the surprise, but you add whiskey and oak chips to the secondary. A few months of conditioning is recommended.

375 ml of whiskey is recommended but not included with this kit. We suggest Makers Mark.

Specialty malts: coffee malt, flaked barley, Black Patent, brown malt
Featured hops: Nugget, Cluster, Willamette
Other additives: French Oak Medium Toast Chips
