Well, it is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc but not as we know it! Lauren and Simons creations are bringing a new energy to this region with their vibrant wines.

It takes only a quick glance to realise this wine has a refinement that is not always seen in Sauvignon Blanc. Inspired by the wonderful whites of the Loire Valley, the use of oak and light skin maceration balances florals and fresh pears where texture is king!
