This is a pure, ethereal, pale-colour Garnacha with rose petal scent, delicate red fruit, juiciness, and perfect harmony. Various fermentations in stainless steel, chestnut, and oak, and all with indigenous yeasts. Light filtration, no fining, with modest sulphur additions before bottling. Suitable for chilling.
