Winemakers Notes
RS 3.5g/L. The majority of the grapes were sourced from vineyards near Vineland, with a portion of the Cabernet Franc from Norfolk County. All aging was done in a combination of stainless and finished in French and American oak barrels, with the fruit from Norfolk County being held in barrel for over 14 months.

Tasting Notes
Garnet colour with a bouquet of black currant and cherry wrapped around notes of subtle oak. A dry, medium to full-bodied wine with firm but correct tannins, good structure and moderate acidity accented by traditional herbaceous notes. The dry lingering finish adds very subtle notes of black tea and spice.
