American 6-Row is a base malt with a mild grainy malt flavor suitable for many beer styles. It has more husk than 2-Row Brewers Malt and is well-suited for high adjunct brewing. The enzymes are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts in the mash. This malt may be used for up to 100% of mash grains.
