500 g Fermentis SafAle S-33 Dry Ale Yeast

Fermentis Safale S-33 is a great all purpose ale yeast that produces neutral flavor profiles. Yeast forms good sedimentation without forming clumps but does produce a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer. Known to have a lower attenuation, this yeast leaves beers with a very pleasant length on the palate. This is recommended for specialty ales and trappist style ales.
