Hand picked fruit from the Jenkins Vineyard which was pressed in whole clusters hours after picking and settled overnight . The fruit was then cold fermented in stainless steel followed by racking into neutral French oak barrels on lees for 7 months. Barrels were topped to ensure the retention of delicate aromatics. Three barrels were selected for the 2024 cuve.
