This organic orange wine from Mas Foulaquier is crafted from Muscat Petit Grain, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Grenache Blanc. It is macerated for 3 months on skins in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. Salty, mineral and aromatic, Orange la Mer displays notes of rose, apricot and garrigue plant.
