This beautiful salmon pink sparkling Ros is a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier and 45% Pinot Noir and aged for 18 months on its lees. The grapes were picked in October following a record-breaking hot summer at Saffron Grange. The result is a delicious sparkling wine packed with strawberries and an underlying hint of jamminess. The nose is greeted with sumptuous wild strawberries and baked apricots followed by ripe peaches, cream and the richness of hazelnut on the palate. Delicious on its own or why not try with Asian style dishes like sticky duck pancakes.
